The categories of recipients to whom we may disclose your personal data include entities supervising the software processing personal data, entities providing accounting, legal advice, or security services, and, when necessary to provide a service, entities providing design services. Data will not be transferred to third countries.
Your data will be processed on the basis of a contract, made in writing or as an order for the service, and in the case of marketing activities, based on the legally justified interest of the Controller, which is acquiring customers and selling products and services.
Data will be stored for the duration of your business relationship with the Controller.
You have the right to access your information and to rectify it. You have the right to request the deletion, limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise your rights by contacting the Controller via the contact details above or at hsv@hsv.pl. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose. There is no profiling involved in the processing carried out.
